파이온 ("we") processes personal data for the isyourname (isyourname.com) waitlist as described below.

1. What we collect

Required: name, email address
Automatically: device and browser information (User-Agent), time of sign-up, time of consent

2. Why

Sending your invite and launch updates
Replying to your questions
Preventing duplicate or abusive sign-ups

3. How long

Deleted once the purpose is served, and never kept longer than one year.
Deleted without delay when you withdraw consent.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Processors and transfers

Storage: Supabase, Inc. (Mumbai, India region; purpose: database hosting; retention: as in section 3)
Email: Resend, Inc. (United States; purpose: sending invites and updates; retention: 30 days after sending)

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@isyourname.com. We respond within 10 days.

7. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If we learn we have, we delete it without delay.

8. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access, access logging, separate storage of service keys
