Privacy Policy
Effective: September 1, 2026 (draft)
파이온 ("we") processes personal data for the isyourname (isyourname.com) waitlist as described below.
1. What we collect
- Required: name, and either an email address or a mobile number
- Automatically: device and browser information (User-Agent), time of sign-up, time of consent, campaign code and referrer number
2. Why
- Confirming your sign-up, launch updates and your invite (email or text)
- Replying to your questions
- Preventing duplicate or abusive sign-ups
3. How long
- Deleted once the purpose is served, and never kept longer than one year.
- Deleted without delay when you withdraw consent.
4. Sharing
- We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
5. Processors and transfers
- Storage: Supabase, Inc. (Mumbai, India region; purpose: database hosting; retention: as in section 3)
- Email: Resend, Inc. (United States; purpose: sending confirmations and invites; retention: 30 days after sending)
- Text messages: a Korean SMS provider, named here once text invites start
6. Your rights
- You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@isyourname.com. We respond within 10 days.
7. Children
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If we learn we have, we delete it without delay.
8. Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access, access logging, separate storage of service keys
