isyourname
Terms of Service
Effective: September 1, 2026 (draft)
1. Service
- isyourname (isyourname.com) is operated by 파이온. It lets you publish a verified profile page at isyourname.com/@handle, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
2. Waitlist
- Joining the waitlist means leaving your name and an email or mobile number. You get a number; invites go out in order, though we may adjust timing and batch sizes. You can ask to be removed at any time.
3. Your account
- Pages are for verified people only. You may only publish information about yourself. Users under 19 need a guardian; users under 14 cannot use the service without guardian consent.
4. Handles
- Handles are first come, first served. We may refuse or reclaim handles that infringe rights, impersonate others, or stay unpublished for 12 months.
5. Your content
- You own what you write and upload. You allow us to publish it on the service and structure it for search engines and AI assistants. That permission ends when you delete the content. We do not use your content for advertising, third parties, or model training.
6. Prohibited
- Impersonation, false statements, publishing other people's personal data, unlawful or hateful content, bulk or automated pages, and interfering with the service. We may unpublish or remove content and restrict accounts without notice.
7. Unpublishing and deletion
- You can unpublish or delete your page at any time. Search engines and AI services may keep cached copies for a while; we file removal requests but cannot guarantee timing. Report impersonation to hello@isyourname.com; we act within three business days.
8. Changes and availability
- We may change or discontinue the free service with notice. Paid features will have their own terms when launched.
9. No guarantee of visibility
- We do not guarantee that your page appears in any search engine or AI assistant, or how it appears. Those services decide.
10. Liability and law
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages related to the free service except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Korean law applies.
